CONTRACT OR PROJECT BASED
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Marketing Funnel and Tech Expert to manage our online launches and oversee marketing funnel automation. Our funnels are validated and we’re looking for an expert to optimize the tech and automations. By ensuring that all the systems used to run InkWell campaigns communicate seamlessly with one another, your work will help our clients have a user-friendly experience long before they begin their retreats and courses. In addition, your role will be crucial to increasing marketing efficiency, therefore supporting our vision of doing big things with a small team.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for someone with extensive experience overseeing launches and creating marketing funnel automations that move clients smoothly through the marketing, registration, and onboarding process.
Sure, you understand the tech: but what you love is using it to build elegant, efficient systems that work behind the scenes to help tiny teams meet their mission. What helps is your ability to keep track of the details, while also keeping the bigger picture in mind.
You’re always looking for ways to improve systems and know how to communicate those ideas to less technical-minded people. And you thrive in workplaces that exhibit, are supportive of, and actively create diversity.
What You Would Be Responsible For
Providing big picture planning of funnel flow and creating visualization
Coordinating pre-launch and launch waitlists
Coordinating the webinar launch
Managing open cart, email marketing delivery, and onboarding automations
Facilitating and streamlining cart closes
